Bayern Munich midfielder Joshua Kimmich has labelled Cristiano Ronaldo the world’s most ‘complete’ player ahead of going head-to-head with him on Wednesday.
The defending champions Real Madrid left Spain on Tuesday to travel to Munich for the the first leg of their Champions League semi-final clash at the Allianz Arena.
Bayern will be itching for revenge, having been eliminated at the quarter-final stage against Madrid last year with Ronaldo scoring a hat-trick in the second leg of that tie.

The Portuguese forward has been sensational in this season’s competition and is the top scorer on 15 goals from 10 games.
Bayern youngster Kimmich believes such goal-scoring exploits makes him a better player than his Barcelona rival Lionel Messi.
‘When it comes to goal quotas, Ronaldo is in the lead,’ Kimmich told Bild. ‘Especially with regards to the goals in the Champions League.
The Bayern youngster said Lionel Messi is a different player but Ronaldo is more rounded
‘Messi is a completely different type of player. Ronaldo is perhaps more complete in terms of skills themselves.
‘Messi is more a dribbler, Ronaldo the final player. I cannot say this one or that one. I am glad that I am allowed to witness both.
‘Such a player as Ronaldo, you can only turn off as a whole team anyway. He is a goal machine, which has an insane goal quota. We have to make sure that he cannot continue his run.’
