Aerial video showed cops using a helicopter and sniffer dogs to search for a suspected in an area of woodland next to the store parking lot.

Heavily armed officers wearing masks were also seen searching the surrounding streets as the suspect is still believed to be on the run.

Early reports suggest the officers, thought to be a man and a woman, were helping arrest a suspect at the DIY store when gunfire erupted.

Dallas Police Department tweeted to confirm two officers and a civilian were injured.
