Dancing policeman delights the crowd at Brighton Pride as he lip-syncs and performs all the moves to Steps hit ‘Scared of the Dark’

A lip-syncing policeman has put smiles on revellers’ faces at the during a pride event with his flawless rendition of a Steps dance routine.
The Hertfordshire officer, wearing rainbow epaulettes and a Hawaiian garland of flowers, took Pride in his stride as he performed moves from the video to the band’s hit ‘Scared Of The Dark’.
He was spotted on the parade route at Brighton pride which took place over the weekend, and saw 300,000 coming out onto the streets of the seaside town.

Colleagues can be seen grinning in the background as the officer is filmed enthusiastically showing off his dance moves.
The police officer danced while attending the largest pride festival in the UK which was attended by officers up and down the country.
On the Hertfordshire Constabulary LGBT+ official community Twitter page the clip has been viewed more than 93,000 times with social media users quick to praise his moves.

Brighton hosts the UK’s largest pride event, which this year saw Australian pop star Kylie and ABBA tribute act Bjorn Again perform.
This year’s theme was ‘Generations of Love’ to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Riots in New York City, widely considered the turning point in the fight for LGBT rights across the world.
