Dancing With The Stars: All Stars: Bec Hewitt shows off her six-pack abs in a white crop top  

She has been training hard as she prepares to compete in the upcoming season of Dancing with the Stars: All Stars.

And former Home and Away star Bec Hewitt showed off the fruits of her labour this week. 

The mother-of-three, 37, flaunted her incredible six-pack abs in a white crop top as she headed to rehearsals with her hunky dance partner, Craig Monley.

She teamed the revealing top with a pair of black tracksuits pants and matching trainers.   

The 37-year-old also slipped on her favourite black and white varsity jacket and wore a wide smile across her face as she chatted away to handsome Craig.   

Bec appeared to protectively hold Craig back from crossing the road as the pair left her Sydney hotel and headed to the dance studio.

In addition to Bec, the contestants are: Renee Bargh, Lincoln Lewis, Ada Nicodemou, Matty Johnson, Luke Jacobz, Kyly Clarke, Tom Williams, Jamie Durie, Manu Feildel, Erin McNaught, Schapelle Corby, Jessica Gomes and Fifi Box.
