Also attending the event was Darcey Bussell who looked sensational in a plunging fuchsia pink ballgown with a long train as she joined her judging panel of Shirley Ballas, Craig Revel Horwood and Bruno Tonioli.
The former Royal Ballet principal ballerina and judge, 49, looked every inch the show woman in the bold ensemble as she styled her short brunette locks into a dramatic curled sweptback hairdo.
Darcey proved diamonds really are a girl’s best friend as she accessorised her look with a pair of jaw-dropping pendant earrings, bracelet and oversized tortoise shell sunglasses.

She was joined by her co-star and head judge, Shirley Ballas, who oozed Hollywood glamour in a white halterneck midi dress, with a sheer and beaded chiffon cape over the top.
The Queen of Latin styled her raven locks into a voluminous tied back hairdo, with the front strands loose, she added a slick of glamorous make-up which included a dark red lipstick.
She accessorised her look with a set of red and pearl studded heels, as well as a pair of oversized black sunglasses.

Meanwhile, the professional dancers made sure to put on a spectacle on the star-studded red carpet as Anton du Beke showed off his snake hips with flame-haired Dianne Buswell.

The launch show for Strictly Come Dancing will be filmed on August 31, with the celebrities pairing up with their professional dance partners.
The launch show will air on September 8.
Anticipation has been mounting for the new series ever since the lineup was officially confirmed, with names such as Lee Ryan, Ashley Roberts and Susannah Constantine set to take to the dancefloor.
It will be the first time viewers will see the celebs dance with their professions in a group dance.
The first show will feature special guests Nile Rodgers and Chic, Craig David and Stefflon Don.
