This is the shocking moment a man in Trondheim, Norway jumps from a helicopter pad and smashes into the water, landing on his back.

The man, shirtless and wearing only swim trunks, is seen jumping from the landing podium that’s not all that far from the rocky shore, but evidently far enough.

Within seconds of the man being in the air, the filmer gets the feeling that he’s not going to stick the landing and ends up dropping the camera with shock.

A large smack then occurs as the man’s body makes contact with the blue water in the backlit setting.
