Sam and Dave were longtime friends before striking up a romance in 2017 following the reality star’s high-profile split with Sasha Mielczarek in December 2016.

In May, Sam shared a cryptic post to Instagram, alluding to ‘personal struggles’, while NW magazine reported the duo had ‘quietly cooled off’ their romance.
‘One day, you’ll look back at this moment with tears of gratitude because you were brave enough to keep going when you thought you couldn’t,’ read the quote Sam shared to social media at the time.
