It comes after the couple’s romantic getaway to Paris last year sparked rumours they were secretly engaged.

Radio host Dave ‘Hughesy’ Hughes pressed Andy on the marriage issue.

‘Why don’t you put a ring on it, so she can own half the Andy Lee fortune?’ he asked.

The Hundred host laughed off the jibe before Hughesy asked him whether he was sick of people hassling him about marriage.

Lee replied with his own dig at Hughesy, who married wife Holly Ife in 2006.

‘It’s like every time I see you, I have to ask, “When is Holly gonna leave you?”‘

Andy was then asked by Erin Molan whether it was him or Rebecca who was holding off getting engaged, asking: ‘Is there any chance Rebecca wouldn’t have you?’

‘Look, there’s a chance of that,’ the comedian said.

‘I’m all for equality and if she wants to propose to me that’s certainly on the cards and no one is hounding her.’

It comes after Andy and Rebecca spoke about marriage to Stellar last August.

The couple insisted they were happy with their relationship and were getting tired of constantly fielding questions about marriage and children.

Andy added that while perceived ‘milestones’ like marriage are important for many people, they’re ‘not for everyone’.

Rebecca said they’d already taken steps to demonstrate their commitment for each other and were taking things as they come.
