David Beckham unveils fresh scalp tattoo as he takes selfies with fans in Macau

He recently unveiled his new close-cropped hairstyle during his well-documented trip in Macau.

And David Beckham looked every inch the trendsetter as he showed off his fresh head tattoo at a charity event for Macau’s five-star The Parisian Macao hotel in China on Sunday afternoon.

The football legend, 42 – who has over 40 inkings – proved to be a fan favourite as he took selfies with an array of keen locals during the meet-and-greet.

The sports icon added to his collection of tattoos with a detailed planet design, put on full display with the help of his crew cut. 

Cutting a typically dapper figure, David was clad in a pair of indigo jeans and a three-quarter sleeve jumper – flashing a glimpse at his heavily-inked forearms.

The former LA Galaxy star – who has been a UNICEF Goodwill ambassador for over a decade – showcased his warm-hearted persona as he greeted fans with hugs and selfies.

Earlier that week, athletes from the Macau Special Olympics (MSO) took part in the Light The Night Run charity Vertical Race with David. 

The sporty individuals made a 30-storey climb to enjoy the Cotai Strip from the luxury landmark hotel. 

Gushing over his time in the East Asian region, he said at the event: ‘I am very excited to be back in Macau. We have had a great, fun few days! 

David continued: ‘I was an athlete for 22 years, so I went through a lot of different training regimes and tried different ideas and different fitness ideas.’ 

David’s appearance comes after he took to Instagram to unveil his short crew cut while on set in China.

The former Manchester United star put on a typically dapper display as he donned a navy bomber jacket, tied in with a grey t-shirt and casual jeans.

The father-of-four – who appeared to be in a filming set – beamed with delight as he took snaps with fans.

David had previously sported a slightly longer crew cut, which he often styled into a modern quiff.

Earlier this year, the former Manchester United star was very much the style expert as he grew his golden tresses into a trendy bob.
