The death of a 48-year-old woman who suffered blood clots after getting the AstraZeneca vaccine was ‘likely linked’ to the jab.
The Therapeutic Goods Administration’s Vaccine Safety Investigation Group (VSIG) met late on Friday after it was revealed the woman died after receiving the Covid jab.
The woman received the vaccine on April 9, developed blood clots the following day, was placed on dialysis in an intensive care unit and died on April 14.
