Denise Richards steps out for some shopping in Malibu

Denise Richards stepped out for some mid-week solo shopping on Wednesday afternoon.

The 52-year-old actress stepped out solo for a shopping excursion in Malibu, sporting a stylish look.

The outing comes just weeks after celebrating her daughter Sami Sheen’s 19th birthday.

Richards stepped out in a white tank top under a purple and black plaid button down shirt.

She also rocked an army green hat while leaving her vehicle, with an Yves Saint-Laurent purse draped over her shoulder.

The actress also had a hoodie tied around his waist with black pants for her trip to the mall.

She completed her look with a black pair of fuzzy boots for her shopping outing on Wednesday afternoon.

Richards was not seen with her daughter on the shopping outing, but she did sent out a touching tribute to her daughter for her birthday.

She shared a selfie of the budding model as natural sunlight streamed through a window, and wrote, ‘Happy Birthday my beautiful Sami girl!’ 

‘I love you so much & I am so proud of you and your heart is even more gorgeous. I love you so much. Happy 19th Birthday!!!! I love you @samisheen,’ followed by a red heart emoji. 

Her mother, who was married to father Charlie Sheen from 2002 until 2006, also shares Lola Rose Sheen, 17, with the Two And A Half Men actor. 

The Starship Troopers actress has shown her support for Sami after she announced she had started an OnlyFans account on the popular subscription site last year in June. 

Shortly after, Denise jumped to social media to defend her daughter’s decision and penned, ‘Lots of negative comments on my social this past week.’

‘I have to say, I wish I had the confidence my 18 yr old daughter has. And I also can’t be judgemental of her choices. I did Wild Things & Playboy, quite frankly her father shouldn’t be either,’ Richards added.  

‘I’m in awe of her ability to shut out the noise. Because it can destroy you…I recently learned about @onlyfans in the last few months,’ she added. 

‘The judgement because women & men of the adult film industry are on there. I imagine they’re on IG & Twitter as well,’ Richards continued.

She added by wondering if there was, ‘a difference posting a picture of ourself in a bikini on IG? We’ve all done it. Because you get paid on Only Fans? I’m pretty sure IG & Twitter & Facebook do quite well off of all of us.’ Denise later added, ‘Perhaps I should open my own account…’ 

While she doesn’t have any movies or TV projects slated for release in the near future, she has many different projects in various stages of development or production.

She’ll next be seen in The Housekeeper, with Richard Gunn and Ilean Almaguer, which is completed and awaiting a release date. 

The actress also stars in the new TV series Glow & Darkness with Joan Collins and Bruce Davison.

Richards is currently in production on the new film Angels Fallen: Warriors of Peace with Cuba Gooding Jr. and Randy Couture.
