A desperate search for a 15-year-old girl is continuing after she went missing almost two weeks ago.

Zoe Phelan was last seen in Hampton Park, south-east of Melbourne’s Central Business District, on July 15.

Police are now seeking the public’s help in locating the missing teenager.

The girl’s family and police are concerned for her safety due to her young age.

Zoe is described as 165cm tall with a thin build and long, straight hair.

She was last seen in an Adidas branded tracksuit, and may still be wearing it.

The teenager is known to frequently visit the Hampton Park, Narre Warren and Casey areas of Melbourne’s south-east.

A photo of Zoe has been released as officers are desperate for information.

Police are hoping that someone recognises the image and can provide information on the teenager’s whereabouts.

Police are urging anyone with information on Zoe’s whereabouts over the last two weeks to contact Narre Warren Police Station.
