A detached house which was listed online for a guide price of £10,000 turned out to be a garage for people to park their cars in.

The property in Catford, South London, was listed as a ‘detached house’ on the property site Zoopla. 

But it soon emerged that the sellers had accidentally categorised the garage as a home on the site, according to The Sun. 

The single-storey garage with a pitched roof comes with driveway access. It is also close to nearby shops and South London’s Catford High Street. The garage was listed online as a ‘detached house’ for a guide price of £10,000

The Zoopla page has been viewed more than 3,000 times online since it was first listed.
