Married At First Sight’s Samuel Ball, 26, was slammed by viewers after revealing his plans to help TV ‘wife’ Elizabeth Sobinoff lose weight.
But eagle-eyed viewers have been quick to point out that the blonde store manager, 27, may have body-shamed her ‘husband’ first.
Following Sunday night’s episode, fans took to social media to point out that Elizabeth referred to Sam as ‘tubby’ when she first saw him standing at the altar.

It comes after Sam revealed his plans to help Elizabeth lose weight after seeing her at the altar during Sunday night’s episode.
In a piece to camera, the tradie expressed his disappointment after seeing his ‘wife’ for the first time.
‘Straight away I noticed the blonde hair. [It’s] not what I expected but [it’s] okay,’ he said.
