The fitness influencer noted that you will need chicken breasts, protein pasta, turkey sausage, mushrooms, bell peppers, chicken broth, milk, parmesan, butter, and spices of your choice.
‘Start by seasoning your chicken with half a tablespoon of Cajun seasoning,’ he said.
Next, the dietician said to heat up a pan and get ready to cook your sausage.
After the sausage has finished cooking, remove it from the skillet and melt butter into the skillet before cooking your diced chicken breast.
‘While your chicken is working, start on your pasta,’ Zach said.

‘Once it starts to bubble, reduce the eat, add your grated parmesan cheese, and your chicken and sausage,’ he explained.
After you finish cooking everything on the pan at low heat, pour it over your pasta your dinner for the week is set.

You will need ground beef, white rice, cheddar cheese, bacon, pickles, one purple onion, ketchup, light mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, smoked paprika, and salt and pepper to taste.
Begin by cooking you bacon in a skillet.
‘In that same skillet with your bacon fat, add in your ground beef, break it up a little bit and add in your diced purple onion,’ Zach said.
Then, while your meat and onions cook, make your rice.
Get ready to make your sauce by mixing together ketchup, light mayo, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, and smoked paprika.
Once your beef is finished cooking, reduce the heat to a simmer and add in your sauce as well as your diced tomatoes.
Mix it all together and let it simmer for two to three minutes.
‘When it’s done, give it a taste and add salt and pepper to preference. Portion your rice and ground beef into your meal containers and top with your cheese, pickles and bacon and you are done,’ the budget-friendly chef noted.

‘We all got to eat, but you don’t have to spend you’re entire paycheck in the process,’ the chef explained.
