Disney Parks in Florida has banned an intoxicated woman who tried to hit a taxi driver after leaving the resort and who kicked an arresting police officer as he arrested her.

Ellen McMillion, 53, attended Disney’s Hollywood Studios theme park in Bay Lake last Thursday night, a location her social media shows she frequently visits.

But she loudly cursed at a security guard and was involved in physical altercations with two other men, the Orange County Sheriff Office reported.

Now the Walt Disney World Resort near Orlando will not allow the former histotechnician at the Greater Baltimore Medical Center and St. Joseph’s Medical Center, to return.

The New York Post reports a Disney spokesperson said Tuesday The Walt Disney Company’s Parks, Experiences and Products division has ‘no tolerance for violence’.

McMillion – whose Facebook profile shows she has been a regular visitor over the years and is a grandmother – tried to slap a taxi driver because he had no cigarettes to give her, police allege.

An affidavit states that around 9pm ‘suddenly she raised an arm above her head and attempted to slap the driver the driver’.

Deputies intervened after they noticed McMillion shouting at the taxi driver and trying to slap him in attempts that were blocked by the victim, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.

The woman had allegedly grown violent after the driver informed her he had no cigarettes because he doesn’t smoke.

She appeared drunk when officers approached her and had bloodshot eyes.

The security guard who witnessed the incident tried to intervene by asking if the taxi driver was alright.

Disney’s security guard told police she didn’t want to sign a complaint against McMillion who she says was ‘slurring her words and appeared unstable on her feet and (she) smelled a strong odor of alcohol coming from her’.

However the woman did deem McMillion ‘appeared to be a threat to other guests’.

The arresting officer claims McMillion wouldn’t cooperate until she got a cigarette, threw her purse and was “using profane language and yelling profanities as adults and children walked by.”

Authorities placed her in handcuffs but said she struggled and tried to pull away as they approached the patrol car.

She proceeded to kick an officer in the leg at least twice as they put her against the vehicle.

The 53-year-old was charged with disorderly intoxication and battery on a law enforcement officer, both misdemeanors.

McMillion was later released on $3,000 bond.

Cops gave a copy of Disney’s ban notice at the time however on Saturday McMillion posted an image of herself dining at a Disney restaurant.

It’s unknown when the picture was taken and it has since been removed.

The Post reported that Disney declined to comment further, saying: ‘This is a law enforcement matter.’
