The distraught father of a missing woman has asked for help ‘bringing her home’ after her boyfriend was arrested.
Amanda Custer, 31, of Los Angeles, has not been seen since she vanished on July 29, in what police believe could have been a kidnapping.
The night of her disappearance boyfriend Robert Camou, 27, was taken into custody by LAPD, and later a video of him rapping during an open mic night emerged.
When someone handed Camou a mic he is heard saying: ‘I killed my b***h and buried that b***h in the f**king dirt.’
An inaudible sentence then follows about police searching for him as the other men in the room look around uncomfortably.
At a press conference and in a letter he penned in capitals, father Rick Custer urged the public to report any tips or information about anything ‘suspicious.’
Custer went onto explain ‘We are all still searching for our Amanda’ and signed off, ‘We are very distraught, and need to bring our Amanda home.’

Camou has not been charged in connection with Custer’s disappearance but was charged for previous alleged counts of domestic violence and held without bail, ABC reports.
County Sheriff’s homicide Lieutenant Scott Hoglund said: ‘He is our prime suspect in the disappearance of Amanda Custer.
‘We need the public’s assistance and locating Amanda. She’s still not been seen nor heard from by family members and this is very uncharacteristic of her behavior to not be heard from for over 10 days.’
At the time of Camou’s arrest he was discovered lying the back of his car, where police later found blood and a digging tool.
The blood is still being analysed and no results have been returned.
Rick Custer made a specific appeal to anyone who may have been ‘hiking or fishing, or mountain biking’ in the area on July 29 and saw anything ‘out of the ordinary.’
He said: ‘It might not have seemed important at that time, but it does now.’
Custer also added that anyone in the Mt. Baldy or Lytle Creeks areas should notify police if they spotted a grey Prius – referring to a car the same color and make as Camou’s.
Officers from the Monrovia Police Department were dispatched around 8.15am on July 29 to a home on the 600 block of Vaquero Road in Monrovia.
Police were responding to a domestic violence incident and upon their arrival they ‘located evidence that there was an apparent assault that had occurred’ after finding blood at the scene.
Investigators said they believe Custer was kidnapped and taken against her will in a 2017 gray Toyota Prius.

According to KTLA, police arrested Camou on Tuesday after a five-hour standoff near the intersection of South Hill and Third streets.
Police said Camou stayed holed up in the back seat of his Prius and didn’t exit until tear gas was shot into the car.
Authorities described Custer as a white female weighing about 140 pounds and around 5 feet, 8 inches tall. She has brown hair and green eyes.
The investigation is ongoing as police continue to search for Custer.
