A disturbing rumour about a controversial Aussie celebrity is doing the rounds.

If the gossip is to be believed, the high-profile man has been caught on video stubbing a cigarette out on a woman at a Melbourne rooftop bar in December.

The man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was seen chatting to a male friend, who is a famous online personality, at the busy venue when a female fan approached them.

The woman began chatting to the online personality, who was smoking a cigarette.

Suddenly, the man took the lit cigarette from their friend and put it out on the woman’s body.

The scene, which onlookers have described as ‘brutal’, was captured on CCTV, and footage of the incident is apparently circulating on social media.

Onlookers have also claimed that if the celebrity is named, it could destroy their career.

Cigarette burns can be extremely painful, and stubbing them out on human flesh can cause permanent and disfiguring scars.
