A doctor has been accused of organising to meet a mother and her 11-year-old daughter for a depraved threesome.
Police detectives began communicating online with a 49-year-old man living in Coffs Harbour on the New South Wales Mid North Coast in March who thought he was talking to a 32-year-old woman.
The man allegedly told the woman about sexual acts he wanted to perform on the woman’s 11-year-old daughter as well as with both of them.

He also allegedly sent the detectives child pornography and agreed to meet the woman and her daughter for sex.
The man was arrested outside a hotel in Parramatta in Sydney’s west about 7.30pm on Wednesday.
Investigators searched his hotel room and took a laptop, mobile phones, electronic storage devices and children’s toys to be forensically examined.
The man was charged with inciting a person as an accessory before the fact to attempted aggravated sexual intercourse of a person between 10 and 14 years of age, and using a carriage service for child pornography.
Detectives also searched a house in Coffs Harbour.
He was refused bail and appeared at Parramatta Local Court on Thursday.
