This is the adorable moment a dog mistakes a girl’s workout for play time in Charlotte, North Carolina.
In the video, taken this month, the girl can be seen doing push ups on her fingertips in the living room.
However, her exercise is thwarted when the dog comes in and starts to bother her.
A first, the dog enters the room with a scrunchie in its mouth and immediately hops onto her back.
It then drops the scrunchie and grabs at her headband which is on her head.
The dog then climbs over her back and in the next scene, uses its teeth to grab her scrunchie which is also on her head.
After many attempts at trying to do push-ups the woman finally stops for a brief moment to give the dog some attention, which it seems to enjoy.
But after a few moments, the woman goes back to her push-ups and the dog returns and starts to bother her once again.
