Dog hops through snow because legs are too small in NH

Tiny pooch Agatha Falafel Rogers, a two-year-old Shih Tzu-Chihuahua crossbreed, was so excited for her first walk in the snow.

But that was until she realised her legs were far too little for the masses of snow surrounding her.

Agatha then proceeded to jump through the snow, allowing her to flatten the snow enough to get out of it.

Owner Tracy Rogers filmed this footage when taking Agatha for a walk in her home state of New Hampshire in the U.S.

Tracy, 46, said: ‘I felt sorry for the poor little puppy – but I was glad when she figured out that going back along the same track was easier.

‘She has seen the snow before – and if she is wearing her snow suit she can conquer the cold.

‘She loves the snow, and she was unperturbed by it – but on this quick toilet walk her little legs were struggling!’

The U.S. National Weather Service has put a Winter Storm Warning in place for most of New Hampshire, warning that travel may become hazardous or impossible.
