Don Jr compares Biden to Lion King’s Scar in bitter farewell message

Donald Trump Jr launched a final salvo at President-elect Joe Biden in a bitter farewell message as his father’s time in the White House comes to an end.

Don Jr took a kid-friendly approach this time, with a not-so-subtle comparison of Biden to the villain in Disney’s Lion King, Uncle Scar.

‘Remember in the Lion King when Scar cheated to win the title as king? And the pride land was overrun by the hyenas? And all of the lions lost everything they had built and maintained?’ the outgoing president’s eldest son wrote on his Instagram Story on Tuesday night.

‘Just asking. No reason,’ he added.

In addition to predicting that America would take a dark turn under Biden’s leadership, Don Jr’s reference also suggested that the Democrat took his power in criminal fashion.

While Scar took over the Pride Lands by killing his brother King Mufasa, Don Jr, his father and their allies are adamant that Biden stole the election via voter fraud, despite a lack of evidence.

Don Jr, 43, appeared to have deleted his Lion King comment by Wednesday morning, but left up two other stories.

One declared: ‘GOD BLESS PRESIDENT TRUMP’ over a photo of his father holding a thumbs up.

The other featured a photo of Trump Sr with his predecessor Barack Obama, along with a fake headline mocking the former president.

‘Trump Criticized for Loudly Denouncing Incoming Administration And Not Just Spying On Them Like A Normal President,’ the headline read.

Don Jr shared a lighter message in a permanent post on his Instagram page, which featured a photo of his father hugging the American flag.

In the caption he wrote: ‘Thanks dad! America owes you a debt of gratitude.’

His sister Ivanka Trump also took to social media on their father’s last day, sharing a statement thanking the American people for supporting her during her time as a presidential adviser.

‘It has been the honor of a lifetime to serve our nation as an Advisor to the President. I am so proud of what we have accomplished and excited for the future,’ Ivanka, 39, wrote.

‘I came to Washington to fight for American families and I leave feeling I’ve done that.’

In stark contrast to her brother’s Disney comparison, Ivanka added: ‘I hope and believe that America can move forward in a positive way, acknowledge our differences and find common ground – that is how we will remain the greatest nation.’

‘It has truly been a beautiful journey…,’ 37-year-old Eric wrote on Wednesday morning. By that time, Donald and Melania Trump had already departed from 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, after refusing to attend Biden’s inauguration later in the day.

The couple are believed to be heading to his Mar-A-Lago golf resort in Florida to start post-presidential life.

Ivanka – who was originally slated to attend the inauguration before changing her mind – and her husband Jared Kushner are also reportedly moving to the Sunshine State full time, after signing a lease on a condo in Miami.
