Donald Trump launches ANOTHER tirade against Fox News claiming ‘their contributors are a disaster’ after warning media will get ‘no ratings’ if Joe Biden takes the White House

  • Trump tweeted that it was ‘so hard’ to watch Fox News anymore
  • He wrote that their on-air contributors ‘are a disaster’
  • Separately he pinned a tweet of Fox commentator Jesse Watters praising his decision to gland clemency to Roger Stone
  • He also retweeted a favorable clip from host Jeanine Pirro interviewing loyalist Rep. Matt Gaetz
  • He also commented on an clip from his aide meant to make Joe Biden look antiquated
  • ‘With no ratings, media will go down along with our great USA!’

President Donald Trump continued his attacks on Fox News Monday, saying it has become ‘so hard’ to watch the network and blasting its on-air commentators.

Trump tweeted about the network Monday after a weekend when he golfed Saturday and Sunday, but still found time to retweet clips from Fox Business Network commentators Maria Bartiromo and Lou Dobbs.

‘So hard to watch @FoxNews anymore. They are working so hard against the people (viewers) that got them there,’ Trump wrote.

President Donald Trump went after Fox News Monday, complaining ‘their contributors are a disaster’

‘Their contributors are a disaster, and all over the place. The Radical Left has scared Fox into submission, just like they have so many others. Sad, but we will WIN!’ he added.

Trump has spent days inveighing against ‘cancel culture’ and defending attempts to take down monuments or rename institutions.

He has also gone after the network over polling, after it reported on public polls that have him down an average of 9 points behind Democratic former Vice President Joe Biden.

He also has repeatedly sought to pump up conservative outlets seeking to position themselves as a Fox alternative such as One America News Network, whose ratings pale in comparison to the cable giant with a stable of conservative commentators.

Trump’s ire at the network is at odds with some of his other posts, including a pinned tweet where Fox co-host Jesse Waters defends his controversial pardon of Roger Stone, who was convicted of witness tampering and lying to Congress.

In the segment Waters brings up other controversial pardons, including the Nixon pardon, President Andrew Johnson’s pardon of confederate generals, and Bill Clinton’s Marc Rich pardon.

Trump also retweeted a favorable clip of Fox News host Jeanine Pirro interviewing Trump ultra-loyalist Rep. Matt Gaetz of Florida.

Ratings, a fixation of Trump’s before he captured the White House, were featured in another media related tweet the president fired off Monday.

He retweeted a clip from White House official Dan Scavino, an assistant to the president and deputy chief of staff for communications. The clip of a Biden speech is in black and white, with old fashioned piano music in the background and edited to look like it was played on an antiquated film projector.

‘Is this what you want for your President??? With no ratings, media will go down along with our great USA!’ Trump wrote of Biden, 77. Trump is 74.
