It was another weekend at Mar-a-Lago for Donald Trump, who has recently been rubbing shoulders with royalty.

The president posed for photos with Prince Charles and Princess Camilla of Bourbon Two Sicilies and their two daughters at his Palm Beach club last week.

Princess Camilla posted the three photos on her Instagram page, writing that the family had ‘spent a wonderful evening’ with Trump ‘in the enchanting Mar-a-Lago’.

The Royal House of Bourbon Two Sicilies is an ancient dynasty which ruled southern Italy from 1734 to 1861.

Princess Camilla, 46, became royalty when she married Prince Charles, 55, in a Monte Carlo cathedral in 1998.

It was described by the New York Times as the ‘blue-blood wedding of the decade’.

The couple are now ‘very active in promoting the cultural, artistic, historical, and spiritual identity of southern Italy,’ according to their official website.

That appears to include plenty of time away from Italy, as Princess Camilla is constantly Instagramming the family’s luxurious vacations around the world.

The royal family have recently been touring America, with Princess Camilla taking her daughters Princess Maria Carolina and Princess Maria Chiara to Los Angeles and New York before hitting Florida.

And Princess Camilla always makes sure to end each Instagram post with the hashtag #RealCasadiBorbone.

Princess Camilla’s sister Cristiana recently revealed that their mother, Italian film star Edoarda Crociani, was obsessed with marrying her daughters off to princes.

Cristiana claimed that her mother pressured her into marrying Prince Bante Boncompagni Ludovisi, from an Italian noble family, in 1997 – a relationship that lasted only four months.

Much of the Trump family has headed back to Mar-a-Lago this weekend ahead of the Easter holiday.

Trump and Melania were spotted together for the first time since Stormy Daniels’ 60 minutes episode, in which she claimed to have had sex with the president in 2006.

The couple was seen just briefly spending time together, as the president went on to have dinner with boxing promoter Don King, who campaigned for Trump in 2016.

On Good Friday, Melania Trump wasn’t seen by the press at all, while Trump spent time at his nearby Trump International Golf Club.

He likely golfed, but pool reporters never caught a glimpse of the president throughout the day.

Upon his return to the ‘Winter White House’ the president tweeted a video of himself delivering a Passover and Easter greeting.

‘My fellow Americans, at this holy time of the year families across our nation gather in homes, churches and synagogues to light candles and to praise God,’ Trump said.

The president then referenced the stories of both Passover and Easter before adding, ‘both of these sacred celebrations remind us that God’s love redeems the world.’

‘In America we look to the light of God to guide our steps, we trust in the power of the almighty for wisdom and strength and we praise our heavenly father for the blessings of freedom and the gift of eternal life. Happy Passover. Happy Easter,’ Trump said.

First lady Melania Trump spread her own bit of Easter cheer, when she made an unannounced visit to the Palm Beach Children’s Hospital on Thursday, meeting with patients and their families.

Trump hasn’t let the holiday weekend stop him from tweeting, hitting out at Amazon again on Saturday morning.

The president claimed the company was causing the US Postal Service to lose ‘billions of dollars’.

‘If the P.O. ‘increased its parcel rates, Amazon’s shipping costs would rise by $2.6 Billion.’ This Post Office scam must stop. Amazon must pay real costs (and taxes) now!’ he tweeted.

Amazon has been a consistent recipient of Trump’s ire. He is sore in part because its founder, Jeff Bezos, owns The Washington Post, which Trump has labeled ‘fake news’ after the newspaper reported unfavorable developments during his campaign and presidency.

While the post office has lost money for 11 years, package delivery – which has been a bright spot for the service – is not the reason.

Boosted by e-commerce, the Postal Service has enjoyed double-digit increases in revenue from delivering packages, but that hasn’t been enough to offset pension and health care costs as well as declines in first-class letters and marketing mail.

Together, letters and marketing mail make up more than two-thirds of postal revenue.
