Drake visited a young fan named Sofia Sanchez in a Chicago hospital on Monday.
The rapper spent time with 11-year-old, who is awaiting a heart transplant, and happily posed for a sweet Instagram photo.
‘Me and my love Sofia talking about Bieber and Owls and Basketball,’ the God’s Plan rapper, 31, wrote alongside the image, which was snapped at Lurie Children’s Hospital.
The Toronto, Canada native, who played at the United Center in the Windy City on Saturday, visited Sofia – after she posted an online clip doing The KiKi Challenge from the medical facility with her cousin, while hooked to an IV.

Sofia, who celebrated her birthday on Saturday, had a pair of wishes: to receive a new heart and to meet Drake, according to the hospital.
‘Sofia was diagnosed with cardiomyopathy, a condition that often leads to heart failure and need for heart transplantation in order to survive,’ the hospital said under the clip of her performance to the Drake song.

‘Three weeks ago, she underwent open heart surgery in order to connect a VAD (ventricular assist device), which is a mechanical pump that helps support the heart and blood flow in people with heart failure,’ the facility said.
‘Most often, it serves as a bridge to heart transplantation. Each year Lurie Children’s performs only four VADs.’
The rap artist, whose full name is Aubrey Drake Graham, will continue on his tour path in New York City with a shot set for Madison Square Garden on Friday.
