A black BMW has smashed through a concrete wall from the second storey of a carpark.

The luxury vehicle landed on its roof after breaking through the wall of the Woolworths carpark at Eastwood Shopping centre and dropping onto the road on Rowe Street in Sydney’s north-west on Thursday about 5.50pm.

The 31-year-old woman driver miraculously only suffered minor injuries and a broken arm.

She was taken to the Royal North Shore Hospital where she remains in a stable condition.

Emergency authorities rushed to the scene, where smashed bricks were scattered all over the road.

New South Wales police said the woman’s injuries were not considered life threatening.

The circumstances behind the incident are being investigated.
