Carr is currently behind bars after he was captured on video allegedly kicking a motorcyclist off his bike and jumping into a moving car.

Police have since officially named Carr as a suspect on charges of assault and damaging property.

Both charges carry a maximum two years and eight months behind bars.

Carr will now remain in a police jail cell, pending charges and a trial in Denpasar District Court.

The alleged rampage occurred on Carr’s first night of a 10-day visit to the tourist hotspot with a friend.

The pair spent their first night visiting several bars before things allegedly spiralled out of control.

‘F**k this, f**k you!’  Carr can be heard yelling.

The force of the collision knocked the rider off and left the damaged bike sliding for metres.
