A California man, only identified as Steve, was caught on video falling off of his horse.
Steve was reportedly drunk when he rode up to a gas station in Quincy, California, on August 19.

He’s seen in the surveillance footage attempting to get off his trusted steed by lifting his right leg over the saddle, only to plummet to the ground

As Steve fell to the ground he grasped the horse’s reins. The spooked horse immediately began backing up, dragging Steve along with it.
But the horse didn’t go very far, and eventually allowed Steve to get back to his feet.
At one point a passerby stopped to check and see if Steve was injured after witnessing the man fall off the animal.
The moral of this story: don’t drink and ride.
