A female paedophile who had sex with a 14-year-old schoolboy then accused him of rape has been jailed for four years and eight months.
‘Disgracefully drunk’ Mandy Stubbs ‘inflicted’ herself upon the teenager while he played on a gaming machine and struggled to stop her advances early one afternoon.
The 36-year-old began by kissing the startled youngster on the neck and cheek before she ‘flopped on top’ of him, undid his trousers and performed a sex act on him.
She removed her leggings before full sex followed, prosecutor Shaun Dodds told Durham Crown Court.
Stubbs, from Murton, County Durham, then told police she was the ‘victim’ of rape and claimed the boy ‘came onto her’ after her attack was reported and she was questioned.
She was charged with three counts of sexual activity with a child, offences she denied at a plea hearing in February.
The case was listed for a trial, scheduled in July and later put back to this month, but it was mentioned back at the court on June 28, when she admitted one of the three counts. It was accepted by the Crown, negating the need for a trial.

Sentence was adjourned to allow preparation of a background report on Stubbs, in which the court heard she again suggested the boy had made the advances.
But, Jane Foley, for Stubbs, told the sentencing hearing she no longer stands by that account.
‘The defendant was very intoxicated at the time the offence took place and, whatever limited recollection she has is not just limited, it’s distorted,’ she said.

Judge Jonathan Carroll said: ‘She’s directly accusing this boy of two counts of rape. I take it as a case of her having little or no remorse.
‘She will be sentenced on the basis that she’s pointed the finger of blame at the complainant.’
Jailing her for four years and eights months, Judge Carroll said while ‘disgracefully drunk’ she, ‘inflicted sexual contact’ on the boy, ‘to satisfy your own sexual desires, with a complete disregard for his needs’.
Stubbs will now be subject to registration as a sex offender for life and restrictions under a Sexual Harm Prevention Order, indefinitely.
