An adorable St Bernard who is dying of terminal cancer is spending his last days posing with Hooters waitresses and listening to mariachi bands.
That’s because Odin’s owner refuses to wallow in the sadness of losing her beloved pup and has created an epic bucket list for them to complete instead.

Ledford, of New Jersey, had noticed a mark on the four-year-old pup’s paw and took him to a veterinarian, who diagnosed him with osteosarcoma.
The veterinarian offered amputation and chemotherapy as treatment options, but either would only have slowed down the cancer while decreasing his quality of life.
He was given just months to live.
Ledford, who had immediately formed a special bond with Odin, at first couldn’t stop crying when she heard the news.
‘When I found out I was devastated,’ she told CBS News.

Odin got to have his first Starbucks Puppichino and his first ice cream cone
But her husband Jeff had some advice that would make both Ledford and their dog feel better.
‘My husband told me not to be upset, that I should make memories,’ Ledford said. ‘That’s when I decided to make a bucket list.’
Ledford created a Facebook page for Odin’s Bucket List and the idea immediately took off.
‘In less than two months we had over 5,700 members from all over the country,’ she said.
‘I asked people for some ideas and I kept adding to the list.’

Odin has already completed a variety of things on his bucket list, from enjoying his first ice cream cone and Puppichino to getting on the news and going to Hooters.
He has watched fireworks ‘like a champ’, met a policeman, gotten his picture taken professionally, stayed at a hotel, and been a ‘pup scout’ for the day.
Odin has also gone on a farm, cruise, and dog beach, listened to a mariachi band, and gotten an extra large Domino’s Pizza with his name on it.
The pup has completed about 40 items on his bucket list and so far has only received one ‘no’.

Odin won’t be able to meet the New York Yankees as the stadium has a strict no dogs policy, but was just invited to visit the Staten Island Yankees instead.
And there’s still plenty of adventures left for the pup. Ledford believes the list is keeping Odin’s spirits up and actually improving his health.
‘He enjoys going out every day and seeing different places and new faces,’ she told USA Today.
But no matter how many items Odin eventually completes, Ledford hopes she is showing the world what an incredible pup he is.
‘Odin could have a bad day and still want to go out and see places and meet people,’ she said.
‘He lights up everyone with a smile.’
