EastEnders’ fans brand Nish a ‘monster’ and believe he knows about Suki’s affair with Eve after menacing threat

EastEnders’ fans branded Nish Panesar a ‘monster’ after he threatened his wife Suki on Tuesday’s show.

The businessman (Navin Chowdhry) took umbrage with Suki (Balvinder Sopal) after she played a helping hand in encouraging their daughter Ash (Gurlaine Kaur Garcha)  to move to Canada for a new job.

In scenes before the end showdown, Suki had told her lover Eve Unwin (Heather Peace) she wanted to be finally happy – but this bubble was quickly burst when she returned home.

It all started when Suki, who has been trying to persuade Nish (Navin Chowdhry) to spend more time at their business in Leeds, used reverse psychology to suggest her daughter she’s not capable of doing the job, knowing Ash would go for the position just to spite her.

And her plan appears to work perfectly, with Suki later informing her husband that there was nothing she could do to dissuade Ash.

Suki and a reluctant Nish later head to the Queen Vic to celebrate the GP’s new job role and impending departure.

However, Nish soon worked out the truth and the enraged businessman issues Suki with a threat back at home.

Pouring a bottle of wine, he told her: ‘This is the bottle of red I told you about this morning. To celebrate Leeds, the expansion of us.

‘Do you know what I would have done in prison to be sat opposite my wife with a glass of wine? Terrible things.

‘We both know I’m capable of those, right. Do you know how I survived in there? I used this.

‘See I always know how to make people do what I want and I only know one person who is a good as it as I am, my darling wife.’

Nish then poured the wine down the sink and told her: ‘This is my family. I sit at the head. I decide what’s best for us. Don’t you ever forget that.’

Fans took to Twitter to comment on the cruel behaviour: ‘She’s got to be very careful’.

A fourth chimed: ‘Nish just straight up threatening Suki’, while a fifth typed: ‘Oop! I think Nish knows now’.
