‘They were whispering to one another and laughing’: EastEnders’ Maisie Smith and Zack Morris ‘take romance off-screen as she introduces him to the family over crazy golf’
They take on the role of husband-and-wife on the small screen.
And it seems Maisie Smith, 20, and Zack Morris, 22, have reportedly brought their EastEnders’ characters relationship into the real world.
Proving things are heating up with her Walford counterpart, who plays Keegan Butcher-Baker in the soap, the Tiffany Butcher actress is said to have introduced Zack to her family at a crazy golf restaurant in Southend this weekend.

They even went on to enter a unisex toilet together, according to onlookers.
A diner at Caddies in the seaside town told The Sun: ‘They didn’t seem to want to publicise they were out together and wouldn’t pose for pictures together when they arrived.
‘As they were playing golf Zack seemed totally at ease with Maisie and her family.

‘When they sat down to have a drink, Zack had his arm around the back of Maisie’s chair. They were whispering to one another and laughing.’
A source close to Maisie said the pair had simply gone to the toilet to wash their hands before eating, while Zack told the publication: ‘Maisie and I are just good friends.’

It’s not the first time the pair have been linked romantically.
Back in November last year, a TV source revealed to MailOnline: ‘Maisie and Zack are very close off-screen, as well as being a married couple in EastEnders.
‘They were the only cast members to share the same cab home together after the soap’s 35th anniversary party.’
‘They couldn’t resist showing their affections for each other, with Maisie tickling the back of Zack’s neck as the left the party’ a second insider added.
Prior to Zack, Maisie was linked to her Strictly Come Dancing co-star HRVY.
However the pair bowed out on their romance in March after lockdown put an end to their chances.
