EastEnders: Ravi blackmails Denise with threat to expose their affair after Callum covers her tracks but issues stern warning
Ravi Gulati threated to expose his affair with Denise Fox in a blackmail plot, after discovering her husband Jack Branning was investigating him.
On Thursday night’s EastEnders, Callum Highway (Tony Clay) decided to cover for Denise (Diane Parish) after he rumbled her liaison with Ravi.
When Jack asked what had come from the CCTV, the police officer said Ravi was just meeting a mystery woman – but later headed to the salon to give Denise a stern warning.
Rattled, Denise managed to catch Ravi in Albert Square where she told he had to give her a wide birth because Jack was investigating him.
Instead, Ravi cornered the hairdresser by intercepting a pizza delivery and said he would tell Jack all about their romance if she didn’t do what he said.

Denise said: ‘Do I make myself clear?’
Yeah. Crystal clear. But you know what? I’ve been thinking about this investigation. Getting myself in a right state about what he might have on me. I realised you’re living with a guy who running this case which means you’re in a perfect position to do find out.
Denise replied: ‘Why would I do that?’
Ravi told her: ‘The thing is Denise, I’ve realised you do care about your marriage. I wish you didn’t but you do so I’m going to need that information or Jack’s going to find out about our little secret.’
Viewers took to Twitter to comment on Ravi’s cunning plan.
One wrote: ‘If I were Denise, I’d go speak to Callum – hatch a plot to feed Ravi false info about the investigation’.
Another added: ‘Of course Ravi was going to blackmail Denise. If you know something, don’t grass or tell that person unless you can blackmail back and come out winning.’

It comes as fans watched Callum rumble their affair on Wednesday night’s show.
The Trainee Detective Constablemade the discovery when he was asked to look over some CCTV of Ravi by Jack Branning.
Ravi is being investigated by Jack who has no clue he is having an affair with his wife Denise Fox.
And fans were on the edge of their seat as shortly after Jack departed to see Denise, Callum clocked the hairdresser arriving at the hotel to see Ravi.
Viewers know Denise ultimately decided not to sleep with Ravi after he booked a hotel room for them to spend a passionate night together.
The police officer’s suspicions were later confirmed when he saw the lovers cross paths in Albert Square while he was enjoying some fish and chips.
