Keep good posture
The elegance coach said: ‘I have seen so many gorgeous elegant women become instantly less attractive by not following this rule. When you practise having good posture, it instantly elevates your physique.
‘It slims you down and also accentuates the best parts of your feminine silhouettes. Plus ladies, it also signals confidence. Simply straighten your back, shoulders back, chest up and elongate your neck.’

Only do soft movements
Anna said: ‘I don’t want you ladies to grab anything [with fast movements], even if that is exaggerated.
‘But you know, sometimes we’re a little bit like that and no more. If you want to be feminine, a bit more elegant, we have to come slower in our movements and more gentle.
‘Not slow motion, where it’s exaggerated. No ladies. Just instead of being so harsh, be more delicate.’

Always cross your feet
‘Even when sitting down, we want to do it in an elegant way. The key is to hold both legs together,’ said Anna.
‘[Leg’s folded underneath you] makes you look a little more closed off, plus it doesn’t elongate you at all. But you know, when you put your feet in front, it creates an optical illusion that you have longer legs and it’s more flattering for you.
‘And ladies, keep your legs crossed so that’s you’re not exposing certain body parts when you are sitting down, which is a common mistake, especially when you sit with shorts or skirts.’
Expose your neck
‘Expose your feminine and sensual area, which is the neck,’ insisted the elegance coach.
‘Now you don’t have to have your hair on one side like I do, but sometimes you [can have your off your shoulders] and just tilt your neck in the direction when you want to show it off a little bit.
‘It definitely works with the opposite sex that we want to attract,’ claimed Anna.
Tilt your head and nod
Anna said: ‘Many studies have actually shown that when you tilt your head a little bit and nod, this is the best way of non-verbal communication, to show that you are relaxed and engaged and listening to the other person.
‘But ladies, don’t nod all the time. It just looks like you’re a bit too eager and insecure of yourself.’
