Ellie Goulding at Elton John AIDS CLUB LOVE bash

Just days before her rumoured ex-beau Prince Harry announced his engagement to Meghan Markle.

Yet Ellie Goulding did not let her alleged lost love’s news faze her as she made a breathtaking appearance at the CLUB LOVE gala in honour of the Elton John AIDS Foundation where she was also joined by the royal’s cousin, Lady Kitty Spencer and a descendant of fashion royalty, Kate Moss’ sister Lottie on Wednesday.

The 30-year-old Burn hitmaker kept things chic in a sensational Bardot gown with dazzling jewels from the sponsor Bvlgari, while Lady Kitty and Lottie wore near-identical gowns as they rubbed shoulders with a host of stars including Sam Smith, Sophie Ellis Bextor, Elton John and David Furnish.

As ever, Elton’s events drew out the great and glam of the showbiz world – with each star vying to look their very best for the charitable event, which was laden with diamonds, gowns and tuxedos.

Glowing Ellie was at the forefront of the glamour as she sizzled in her slinky grey gown which boasted a structured top which cascaded off her shoulder and a slashed velvet skirt to best display her toned legs.

Her blonde locks were perfectly coiffed to tumble over her shoulder from a centre parting while her make-up was kept dewy and natural with a slick of clear gloss helping highlight her plump pout.

While Lady Kitty is best known for her sophisticated style, she showed off a sexier side when she stunned in a racy black bustier-style dress. The lace frock was perfectly fitted and nipped in, showcasing her incredible figure.

She added to the sex appeal with a bold red lip and kept her voluminous blonde locks in relaxed waves around her shoulders. Allowing all eyes to focus on the dress, Lady Kitty kept her accessories simple, selecting a pair of black patent pumps and understated grey clutch for the occasion.

Around her neck she wore a stunning diamond link necklace by BVLGARI, who co-sponsored the event. A matching bracelet adorned her wrist. Before heading into the gala dinner, Lady Kitty stopped to pose with Spanish model and actor Jon Kortajarena, who looked dashing in black tie.

Just weeks ago, a teary and emotional Elton celebrated the 25th anniversary of his AIDS foundation with a gala in New York City, raising about $4.4 million and telling the audience that they would end the AIDS epidemic by 2030.

Elton’s efforts to raise awareness and fight against AIDS were lauded by former U.S. President Bill Clinton, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo and singer Aretha Franklin, who closed the event with a collection of songs.

Elton grew teary-eyed onstage after Jeanne White – the mother of Ryan White, an Indiana teenager who became the poster child for HIV awareness during the 1980s AIDS crisis – spoke passionately about how John visited her son while he was sick and helped her family financially. She called John her “guardian angel.”

The Elton John AIDS Foundation launched in 1992 in the United States and in the United Kingdom a year later. The two organizations have raised more than $385 million since then, and John said 98 percent of what is raised is used to help others.

“The life that Elton John and David (Furnish) have built, the friends they have and the work they do will in the end be the most beautiful song he ever wrote,” Clinton said.
