Elon Musk has once again denied that he and Amber Heard began their romantic relationship before she divorced actor Johnny Depp while laughing off an alleged threat by the Edward Scissorhands star to cut off his penis.
The billionaire CEO of Tesla and SpaceX has also repeated his denial that he, Heard, and model Cara Delevingne were involved in a three-way tryst.
‘I definitely was not having an affair with Amber while she was married to Johnny, this is totally false,’ Musk told The New York Times on Saturday.
When asked about the claim that he was involved in a threesome with Heard and Delevingne, Musk said: ‘We did not have the threesome, you know.
‘So I think people think these things are generally more salacious than they are.’
The A-list trio hooked up at Depp’s downtown Los Angeles penthouse in late 2016 after Heard split from the Pirates of the Caribbean star, according to a deposition from a friend and former neighbor.
Musk’s name was dragged into ongoing legal proceedings in London, where Depp is suing The Sun newspaper for libel after the tabloid referred to him as a ‘wife beater.’

Heard has accused Depp of being violent towards her during their marriage, which was finalized in 2017. Heard filed for divorce from Depp after obtaining a restraining order in 2016.
Depp has denied the allegations.
The Pirates of the Caribbean actor has accused his ex-wife of being violent during their marriage.
Depp has also sued The Washington Post for $50million after it published an op-ed by Heard.
In the opinion piece, Heard wrote that she was a victim of domestic abuse, though she did not cite Depp by name. Depp said the op-ed was defamatory.
When asked about the ongoing legal proceedings involving Depp and Heard, Musk urged the two of them to forgive and forget.
‘For the two of them, I would just recommend that they bury the hatchet and move on,’ he told the Times.
Musk was also asked about Depp’s reported tendency to denigrate him by calling him ‘Mollusk.’
‘Well, yeah, I hope he recovers from this situation,’ the Tesla billionaire said.
Musk also reportedly laughed when asked about a text message from Depp in which the Blow actor is alleged to have threatened to cut off the billionaire’s penis.
On July 10, the High Court in London was shown an exchange between Depp and Lady Gaga’s ex-fiance Christian Carino, in which the actor said: ‘I’ll show him things he’s never seen before like the other side of his d**k when I slice it off.’
In his interview with the Times on Saturday, Musk jokingly said: ‘If Johnny wants a cage fight, just let me know.’
Musk welcomed his seventh child, and first with his girlfriend Grimes, in early May.

The Tesla wunderkind shared a sweet snap of their baby son, X Æ A-Xii, to Twitter on Tuesday.
Showing off his funny side, Musk joked in the caption that his nearly three-month-old son was not able to use a spoon yet.
The world’s fifth richest man penned in German: ‘Das baby kann noch keinen löffel benutzen’ which translates into: ‘the baby can’t use a spoon yet’.
In the snap, the CEO of SpaceX looked every inch the doting father as he cradled X Æ A-Xii, who he and Grimes call ‘little X’ for short, in his arms.
Elon looked casual in black jeans, a dark shirt and grey T-shirt, he finished his look with a blue bandana.
The billionaire’s 37 million followers were quick to react to the post with some fans also penning their comments in German.
Musk’s five sons are from his marriage to first wife author Justine Wilson.
The pair were wed between 2000 and 2008, but the death of one of their boys from sudden infant death syndrome allegedly caused a rift in their relationship.
They are now estranged and she arranges childcare arrangements through Musk’s assistant.
Musk married and divorced British actress Talulah Riley twice.
The first marriage ended after two years in 2012. Just a year later, the duo tried to give it another shot and remarried. They divorced again in 2016.
Soon afterward, Musk was publicly dating Heard.
During court proceedings in London, Depp’s lawyers have suggested that Heard was unfaithful. Heard has denied that she was intimate with Musk while still married to Depp.
‘I was not in a relationship with Elon Musk during my relationship with Johnny,’ Heard told the High Court in London while she was questioned by her ex-husband’s attorney on Tuesday.
Heard also denied that she had an affair with actor James Franco or anyone else during her marriage to Depp.
Depp has also accused his ex-wife of cheating on him with another actor, James Franco. Heard and Franco are seen above in April 2015
Depp’s lawyer, Eleanor Laws QC, challenged Heard’s assertion that Depp was ‘illogically jealous’ of her friendship with Musk, who in 2015 had reportedly texted her to offer 24-hour private security while declaring: ‘I really like you.’
During High Court proceedings on Monday, it was claimed that Depp made up childish names for Hollywood stars he accused Heard of cheating with – including Leonardo ‘Pumpkin-head’ DiCaprio.
He allegedly suspected his wife of sleeping with Eddie Redmayne, Franco, Kevin Costner, Liam Hemsworth, Billy-Bob Thornton, Channing ‘Potato-head’ Tatum, Jim ‘Turd’ Sturgess and actress Kelli Garner.
Depp’s concierge said in evidence last week that Musk would pay regular late-night visits to Heard in her California penthouse – but only when Johnny Depp was away.
He even had a key fob for the garage and would usually arrive between 11pm and midnight, Alejandro Romero said.
Heard said on Tuesday: ‘We (Musk and Heard) had just become friends. All jealousy can be deemed as illogical.’
Questioning Heard, Laws said Musk offered to ‘arrange 24/7 security for you’, adding: ‘The offer would stand, even if you never wanted to see me again… anyway, sorry for being an idiot. The radio silence hurts a lot. It only matters because I really like you.’
When asked by Laws if she had been in a relationship with anybody else while she was with Depp, Heard replied: ‘I was not in a relationship with Elon Musk during my relationship with Johnny.’
Heard was then asked about the testimony of Romero, a concierge at the Eastern Columbia Building where she lived with Depp.
He testified last week that Musk visited her regularly over a number of years while Depp was away.
Heard said: ‘He was wrong. I was not even communication with Elon until 2016.’

The court was then shown CCTV footage from May 22, 2016, a day after her fight with Depp in which he is alleged to have smashed up their penthouse and thrown a phone at her, leaving her with bruising to her face.
Heard can be seen getting into a lift with a man and turning her head away from the camera.
Heard admitted that the man in the lift with her was actor James Franco, who Depp alleged, she was also having an affair with while married to him.
She admitted that he came to visit after 11pm and that she had a bruise on her face which had been caused by Depp.
When accused by Laws of deliberately trying to hide her face from the camera, Heard insisted: ‘We were talking. He (Franco) was saying to me ‘Oh my God what happened to you?’
She added: ‘When I let him in, he saw my face and said ‘what the f**k.’
Heard this week also vehemently denied that she was responsible for leaving ‘disgusting’ human excrement on the bed she shared with Depp in their Los Angeles penthouse on her 30th birthday – blaming it on their dog Boo who was unwell after it ate some of the star’s cannabis stash.

Heard on Tuesday also claimed that Depp trashed a caravan, threw glasses at her, and ripped open the front of her dress searching for narcotics after threatening to break her friend’s wrist for touching her on a cocaine-fueled bender.
The Aquaman actress, 34, claims she feared Depp, 57, was ‘going to kill’ her on several occasions – and says he would later blame his actions on ‘the monster’, the megastar’s alleged ‘alter ego’ she says she was ‘terrified of’.
On Wednesday, Heard once again took the stand at the High Court in London. During her tesitmony, he alleged that Depp threw ’30 or so bottles’ at her as if they were ‘grenades or bombs’ during a drunken and frenzied assault in Australia in March 2015 that also saw him accidentally sever part of his finger.
Taking the witness box for a third day at the High Court in London during Depp’s libel case against The Sun, the actress refuted his allegation that it was she who lost her temper and that she had injured him.
Heard has described her stay in Australia with Depp as akin to a ‘three-day hostage situation,’ during which Depp was ‘completely out of his mind and out of control’ following a binge on drugs and alcohol.
Heard has said that she feared for her life while at the rented property on Australia’s Gold Coast during a visit while Depp was filming the latest ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ film.
The incident is central to The Sun’s labeling of Depp in an April 2018 article as a ‘wife-beater.’
The Sun’s defense relies on 14 allegations made by Heard of violence by Depp between 2013 and 2016, in settings as varied as the rented house in Australia, his private island in the Bahamas and a private jet.
Depp was present once again to hear Heard’s testimony.
He is suing The Sun’s publisher, News Group Newspapers, and its executive editor, Dan Wootton, over the article.
Depp’s lawyer, Laws, said Heard had worked herself ‘into a rage’ during her stay in Australia and that she had a habit of just ‘losing it.’
Heard said she got ‘angry at times but not into a rage that would cause me to throw anything at him.’
She acknowledged that she broke one bottle during their second evening together in Australia, testifying that it happened as they argued about the scale of Depp’s drinking.
‘I regret I did that,’ said Heard, who also claimed that Depp often credited her for saving him by trying to get him clean and sober.
After she smashed the bottle, Heard alleges that Depp, fueled by alcohol and drugs, started throwing bottles, full enough that they broke a window behind her.
‘He started picking them up one by one and throwing them like grenades or bombs,’ she said.
‘One after the other after the other, in my direction, and I felt glass breaking behind me.’
She said he threw all the bottles that were within reach, bar one ‘celebratory magnum-sized bottle of wine.’
‘I would be shocked if Johnny remembers any of this himself, but I was there,’ Heard said.
Heard also denied severing the tip of Depp’s finger during the alleged bottle-throwing or putting out a cigarette on his cheek during the incident.
She said it was something that Depp used to do to himself.
‘I was standing right in front of him,’ Heard said. ‘It was deliberate.’
Heard said Depp ‘screamed’ at her while stubbing the cigarette on his cheek that he couldn’t feel the pain.
She testified that Depp was high on cocaine and MDMA at the time, as well as drunk.
Depp’s lawyer, Laws, also accused Heard of lying about an alleged incident of domestic violence in Los Angeles in December 2015, which Heard has described in written testimony as ‘one of the worst and most violent nights’ of the couple’s relationship.
In her testimony, Heard alleged that Depp slapped her and pulled out clumps of her hair while dragging her through their apartment, then repeatedly punched her in the head.
