Em Rusciano believes she has hit ‘peak elderly wog dog lady.’

The embattled – rumoured outgoing – 2Day FM breakfast co-host made the claims via Instagram on Wednesday evening, citing the fact she was already in her pyjamas and drinking wine before 5pm.

The 39-year-old shared an image that showed her sitting on the porch of her Sydney home, alongside a bottle of wine, three dogs, and a bowl of minestrone soup.

Sporting a pair of striped pyjamas and ugg boots, Em sipped soup from the bowl.

She had a bottle of wine sitting next to her, but as noted by fans in the comment section, no glass could be seen.

‘What you are witnessing here is peak elderly wog dog lady,’ she wrote in the caption.

‘This is me everyday but my minestrone is not homemade,’ Sunrise star Edwina Bartholomew wrote in the comments.

Em replied: ‘I feel like you and I are on similar day routines. We’re gonna KILL at old age.’

After several people pointed out the apparent lack of a glass, the former Australian Idol contestant explained: ‘It’s less washing up!’

‘Only a bit left doll, no point getting a glass dirty!’

Earlier this month, Em complained on Wil Anderson’s Wilosophy podcast about having Ed Kavalee and Grant Denyer introduced as co-hosts on her 2Day FM show.

‘It was hectic. It was the Em Rusciano Radio Show – it was my show!’ And then all of a sudden Ed’s anchoring and the show’s called “The 2Day FM Breakfast Show.”‘

A source subsequently told Daily Mail Australia Em had been called in to a meeting with senior management regarding her conduct.

According a source who spoke to The Daily Telegraph: ‘Things are at breaking point, people just cannot work with her energy. There have been… casualties at the hands of Em Rusciano.’

According to an insider who works with the network, co-host Ed recently refused to speak to Em off-air during a three-hour broadcast.
