Some of her fans, of which there are one million online, were floored by how quickly her stomach flattened and she resumed her regular shape.

Speaking to FEMAIL, the Sunshine Coast-based mother said that before having kids she followed Tammy’s workout app with a focus on ‘glutes and abs’.

‘With Aaliyah (her two-year-old daughter) I just did the same workouts but just a toned down version and obviously no ab exercises,’ she explained.

‘With my son I actually started training with a qualified pregnancy trainer as my body felt very different and I didn’t want to do something that could affect the baby, it just made me feel more comfortable.’

‘I did do a lot of core strengthening exercises that help with your stomach muscles on the inside and lots of walks with the family,’ Emilee said.

‘I also got straight back into my busy schedule that consists of running around after a toddler, so that helps.’

On a typical day to help her figure, Emilee will enjoy a juice for breakfast with ‘lots of goodies’ like berries, spinach, ginger and lemon’.

‘I’ll also add Macca powder that helps speed up my metabolism and gives me energy for the morning,’ she said.

‘For lunch during the week I’ll usually meal prep. So my favourite is chilli turkey mince with a side of brown rice.

‘Around dinnertime I love to have baked chicken and vegetables or a soup. I find these both delicious.’

Because she’s caring for a newborn it’s a lot easier for Emilee to wake up in the morning and exercise in her living room, so she has been using dumbbells to maintain her physique.

‘I also love using a workout band… they really help make the workout a lot harder for me,’ she told FEMAIL.
