It comes as his 31-year-old ex-wife, who left him last fall after rumors of infidelity, was spotted passionately locking lips with the As It Was crooner, 29, over the weekend.
The father-of-one was spotted spending one-on-one time with the canine at a park in New York City.
He wore dark sunglasses that were rimmed with a light-colored frame and covered his blonde curls with a faded black baseball cap.

The pair held hands as they stood alongside a silver van, canoodling under an umbrella at some moments during the rainy night.

While the video came as a shock to many, The Sun reported that the twosome had been building a rapport for some time.
Speaking to the publication, a source said: ‘Harry and Emily are enjoying getting to know each other.
‘Getting filmed kissing in Tokyo and then that footage being shared with the world wasn’t what either of them expected – but they aren’t hiding anything.
‘Harry and Emily have been getting to know each other for some time now. They spent some time together out of the public eye this year and are just enjoying each other’s company when they can while Harry is on tour.’
Harry is currently performing in Japan as part of his Love On Tour series of worldwide performances.
In recent months Ratajkowski has been linked to comedians Pete Davidson and Eric Andre.
She filed for divorce from her film producer ex in September after rumors of a split began swirling last July.
