‘It was a real flashpoint which left fellow cast members shocked and one or two people remarking on how it was like a scene from a soap opera.

Meanwhile, Jamie Lomas is set for a spectacular return to Hollyoaks as the villain Warren Fox in 2020, as the soap prepares to celebrate its 25th anniversary.

In July, bosses confirmed the actor will be back on screens permanently next year after his character Warren Fox made a shocking appearance to steal back ex Sienna Blake’s twins.

Asan N’Jie joined Emmerdale in August 2018 as Sandra Marvin’s on-screen son.

The actor has also appeared in Waterloo Road, Doctors, Holby City and Casualty.
