Peter Brookes of Savills’ Hampstead said the location of the lot was ‘totally secluded’ and boasts a ‘tranquil setting’.
It is unusual for a plot this size to go on the market in such a sought-after location in the capital. One suggestion is that a major new family mansion could be built in its place.
‘A collection of freehold properties and garages, this is a very unique offering and opportunities like this might only come up once or twice in a lifetime,’ Giles Elliott of Savills’ Hampstead told the Evening Standard.

‘The current owners have had the site for 45 years and an onward buyer is getting a half-acre package in one of north London’s premier locations.’
It’s the second plot of land to come on the market in recent weeks after a tennis court-sized car park in Notting Hill went on sale for £2m.
The site has planning permission for a townhouse with double-level basement that could be worth £10m.
