Erika Jayne squashes Scooter Braun affair rumors and admits Tom Girardi ‘supported’ lavish lifestyle

Erika Jayne addressed rumors of an affair with Scooter Braun on Wednesday night’s episode of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

The 49-year-old reality star ended her two-decade marriage to estranged husband Tom Girardi in November and admitted she hadn’t even seen the mega manager in years while chatting with her co-stars.

When Garcelle Beauvias and Lisa Rinna asked about online speculation, Jayne laughed off reports she ‘was seeing my old Dancing with the Stars partner [Gleb Savchenko], and then I was seeing Scooter Braun.’

She added: ‘I haven’t seen either one of them in four-and-a-half, five years’ before noting: ‘It’s silly as f**k.’

A source told Page Six that Erika and Braun met ‘years ago at a political event’ where she was in attendance with her then-husband.

Jayne competed with Savchenko on Season 24 of Dancing With The Stars, just a few years before he was accused of multiple infidelity issues with wife Elena Samodanova.

Jayne detailed more about her shocking divorce on Wednesday’s show when she sat down with Sutton Stracke and revealed she still hadn’t spoken to Tom after filing the documents without telling him.

‘What is there to say? I’m sure he’s very mad at me,’ Erika said. ‘They get very, very possessive. If you think that he’s going to roll over and just say, “Oh here, honey, here’s your small fortune.” Are you f***ing kidding me?’

She added in a confessional: ‘I know who Tom is. I know how mean and overly dismissive Tom is. I saw it for 22 years. It’s not like he’s going to say, “Oh great, hun, do you want the sofa?”‘ 

The Pretty Mess songstress filed for divorce on Election Day and had given the women only a short warning before news went public. 

Erika admitted she was ‘hurt’ by Tom not coming to see her perform Chicago on Broadway in 2020 before production was shutdown due to the pandemic. 

‘A lot of the reason I was Broadway is because of all the great support that Tom had given me through the years. This was the payoff, but why weren’t you there? Even come for 24 hours,’ she told Sutton.

‘What is there to say? I’m sure he’s very mad at me,’ Erika said. ‘They get very, very possessive. If you think that he’s going to roll over and just say, “Oh here, honey, here’s your small fortune.” Are you f***ing kidding me?’

‘You know what I learned, honestly, moving to New York, in those four months there, I was like, “Wait a minute, I’m on my own, like, literally. And I’m OK. I’ll be OK.”‘

While he ‘supported and funded’ her lavish lifestyle as a popstar complete with daily glam squad and her own downtown loft, Erika admitted she didn’t feel the love.  

‘You don’t come to the show? And then I have to go out there and defend it?’ she said. ‘Now you tell me if I feel loved.’

Jayne was recently ‘ordered to turn over financial records’ from her accountant, lawyer and landlord in embezzlement lawsuit with Girardi, 82.

The order comes as a bankruptcy trustee continues to investigate Girardi’s assets, amid claims that both Girardi and Jayne allegedly embezzled settlement funds that were meant to help the families of plane crash victims on Lion Air Flight 610. 

However, according to legal documents obtained by PEOPLE, Jayne’s lawyers were already maintaining that the reality star ‘has been and remains willing to cooperate fully with the Trustee’s investigation in this bankruptcy of debtor Girardi & Keese.’ 

Per the documents, Jayne is said to have asked the court not to appoint attorney Ronald Richards as the special counsel to the trustee in the bankruptcy case, saying that he had made ‘false and inflammatory’ remarks about her via social media.
