Erin Molan bursts into laughter after footy commentator accidentally drops the C-bomb live on air 

Channel Nine NRL commentator Brad Fittler left Erin Molan in stitches after making a very awkward blunder on live television.  

The NSW Origin coach accidentally dropped the C-bomb during an appearance on The Sunday Footy Show panel. 

The 47-year-old former rugby league star had been chatting about the Queensland Origin team and its hooker Ben Hunt when he bungled the words ‘can’ and ‘Hunt’.  

Fittler had evidently been attempting to say ‘Ben Hunt can’ but muddled the words and accidentally blurted out the rude word. 

‘Josh Maguire will start at hooker if they’re all fit and Ben Hunt come off the bench,’ Fittler said.

‘The big concern up there is if Ben c*** … can play 80 minutes.’

He added Hunt was ‘such a good player’ before addressing his undeniable gaffe.

‘I nearly stuffed that name right up,’ Fittler said.

Fittler, who is the New South Wales State of Origin coach, then attempted to rectify his error.

‘I said Hunt I promise,’ he insisted.

But his comments only caused the panel to burst into a fit of laughter.

Erin Molan couldn’t quite keep control of her giggles and attempted to hide her face as she continued to laugh.

Panellist Peter Sterling then quipped that at least the show host had ‘let the blunder go’.

In spite of her failed attempts to stop laughing, Molan tried to move the conversation on.

‘Peter Sterling, what did you make of …,’ she said, before Sterling cut her short.

‘You can just call me Peter, honestly,’ he insisted.

In response Molan admitted she’d opted to use his full name because it ‘took up more time’ and would give her the chance to compose herself.
