It’s the National Rugby League’s night of nights with the Sydney Roosters facing off with the Melbourne Storm on Sunday. 

And a whole host of celebrities have thrown their support behind the rival teams as they seek to bring home the win. 

Kris Smith sent a well wish to his mate, Melbourne Storm’s Billy Slater, by sharing an Instagram video in which he teases the footy star with a snake round his neck.

Sharing a collage of images from the field to her Instagram account, the NRL Footy Show reporter said she was proud to be there.

Home and Away star Ada Nicodemou turned the game into a date night, cuddling up with boyfriend Adam Rigby to watch the grand final on TV.

Fellow Home and Away star Lincoln Lewis showed support by going along to the game with actor Andy Ryan.

Lincoln’s father is Wally Lewis, a former Australian rugby league football captain for Queensland and sports presenter on Nine News Queensland.

The star shared a video to Instagram captioned ‘Lets go Storm!’ which showed the players heading to the field, as well as a snap of himself and his friends at the game.

The cricketer captioned the short clip: ‘Game time!’

Married at First Sight’s Dean Wells caught the match at a bar in Sydney’s Manly with former co-star Gabrielle Bartlett.

One man sitting out was former professional rugby league footballer Beau Ryan, who played for the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks. 

He gave into his young daughter’s demands and watched a movie instead.

‘So, we’ve been driving all day and I promised Remi that we would watch a movie as soon as we get to Qld,’ he captioned a photo of the pair shared to Instagram. 

‘We finally got here and she wants to watch Jurassic World. Watching it along with dinasours in our lounge room. 

He concluded: ‘We are about to watch it so I’ll probably miss the grand final. But that’s cool. As long as she’s happy. Keep me updated with the score’.
