A young boy with a mullet threatened to bash an adult on a Melbourne train, before declaring that he ‘owns Frankston’.

A bystander filmed the boy, who appeared to be about 13 years old, attempting to intimidate the man.

‘Me, me! I own Frankston, I own Frankston,’ the boy yelled while standing up and pumping his chest.

He then slapped the man on his head

The boy continued to tell the man that he ‘owns’ Frankston, a suburb in Melbourne’s south east, while pointing to himself.

He then punched the man in the face, while shocked passengers watched on at the bizarre interaction.

It’s believed the man knew the boy as he was filmed referring to him by his first name and telling him to ‘sit down’ while laughing.

The boy was dressed in typical ‘Eshay’ clothing, consisting of a cap and Nike TN runners.

The video has been liked by more than 32,000 social media users.
