A father and daughter were filmed being kicked off a flight in a reported profanity-laced confrontation after they claimed they were privately discussing how miserable the flight attendants looked.
Other passengers clapped in support of Eric and Whitney Miller as they were booted off a Frontier Airlines flight departing from Orlando, Florida, on Wednesday.
The Millers admitted they were irritated with their eight-hour flight delay but said they were privately talking to each other about the annoyance and commented that the flight attendants also seemed miserable.
A flight attendant had overheard the conversation and decided to have Eric, 70, and Whitney, 25, removed from the aircraft because she felt ‘threatened’.
However, Frontier Airlines claims the father and daughter were shouting profanities at staff members, justifying their removal from the flight.
A person recorded the confrontation while the Millers were being removed, as Eric Miller shouted Frontier’s actions were ‘absolutely shameful’.

The clip, which doesn’t show the initial contact with the flight staff, begins with crew members asking the Millers to move from their seats.
The stewardess mentions getting the police involved, prompting Eric to say: ‘You are going to call the police?’
Whitney added: ‘What did we do wrong? Why are we getting kicked off the plane?’
The crew stood firm and Eric cried out: ‘This is the most loathsome experience I can actually say I’ve indulged in 70 years of flying on an airplane. This is absolutely incredible!
‘We have a conversation, you’re threatened and we are going to have to leave after spending 12 hours in this airport waiting for this plane to leave. Absolutely shameful!’
The incident began when the Millers claim they were quietly discussing their displeasure with Frontier over the massive delay and the poor customer service they were receiving.
They mentioned that they would never fly with the airline again after the experience.
Whitney and Eric told News 6 that they didn’t know a flight attendant was standing behind them eavesdropping and the crew later confronted them.

Whitney took to Facebook to describe the event and said she was ‘humiliated’ by the removal
Eric said to the news outlet: ‘They would lean over the back of the chair in front of us, get their face right up to here and they would simply ask,”Do we have a problem?”‘
Whitney added: ‘It was, “No, do you have a problem? Do you want to be removed from the aircraft?” We responded, “No.” We didn’t know what was going on, what’s happening. Please tell us what’s happening,’
Frontier Airlines said Eric and Whitney were shouting profanities at the crew and said to News 6: ‘The behaviors and comments exhibited by these passengers prior to departure were inappropriate; and as a result they were asked to leave our aircraft.
‘Safety and security of our passengers and crew is our number one priority.’
Whitney took to Facebook to describe the event and said she was ‘humiliated’ by the removal.
She wrote: ‘Well friends and family, my father and I were kicked off a plane today. There’s a first for everything! Look for us on YouTube being humiliated and walked off Frontier Airlines!’

She continued: ‘Our flight to St. Louis was delayed six hours with no compensation. Once we boarded the flight we were removed within 15 minutes of sitting in our seats.
‘My father and I were having a private conversation regarding the awful travel experience and customer service we were experiencing and happen to be overheard by a flight attendant.
‘This flight attendant reported us to her supervisor who then approached us stating they felt threatened by us, leading to our removal from the aircraft.
‘Please share. Please help make this company feel the humiliation my father and I felt today. Never, ever, fly Frontier Airlines.’
The person who recorded the video sided with the Millers. She wrote: ‘Frontier is on my dislike list. These poor people did not deserve this at all!
‘A stewardess felt threatened after ‘overhearing’ a conversation between this daughter and father just trying to get back after we all sat for a 9 hour delay!
‘You hear his reaction? Still classy after all the attacks Frontier gave them both. Never again!’
