Famous ‘CommSec’ guy Tom Piotrowski plunges off a roof: TV star reveals frightening accident

High-profile TV economist Tom Piotrowski fell from a roof while trying to ensure his house was bushfire ready and has undergone surgery.

The CommSec market analyst appeared on Sky News on Tuesday morning where host Peter Stefanovic noticed he was wearing a protective guard over his left wrist.

‘It’s on the mend Pete,’ Piotrowski said when asked if his wrist was okay.

‘Did you have a motorbike accident?’ Stefanovic asked.

‘I fell off a roof. I’m quite fortunate to be upright,’ the economist replied.
