Peep show fans rejoiced as Netflix confirmed the show will remain on the streaming service for at least another year.
The classic UK comedy show was set to be removed entirely on September 29, with fans last day to watch being September 28.
One viewer noticed this had been changed and tweeted Netflix asking: ‘hi @NetflixUK – the date warning badge has now been removed from Peep Show… can you confirm??’
Their official Twitter account replied: ‘It was decided this would have been so not Rainbow Rhythms, so Peep Show will remain on Netflix. ‘
Fans were thrilled with the decision, with one penning: ‘great decision to reverse a terrible call to remove PS’

The streaming service announced earlier this month that popular comedy series’ Peep Show and Fresh Meat would be removed next month.
Peep Show ran from 2003 to 2015 with 54 episodes across nine series and starred David Mitchell and Robert Webb as two dysfunctional flatmates.
Fresh Meat, from the same creators, features Jack Whitehall and follows six students at Manchester University. It ran from 2011 until 2016.
Meanwhile, Netflix has finally confirmed that its beloved legal drama The Lincoln Lawyer will return for a third season.
After cancelling a string of hit shows, including Young Wallander and the since-resurrected Warrior Nun, fans had feared the series could be next to face the chop.

The second season concluded on August 3, and now fans can look forward to another 10 episodes, about the LA-based lawyer Mickey Haller.
Season three will be based on the fifth book in Michael Connelly’s series titled The Gods of Guilt, and will see Manuel Garcia-Rulfo reprise his role as Mickey Haller.
Once again he will appear alongisde Becki Newton (Lorna), Jazz Raycole (Izzy), Angus Sampson (Cisco) and Yaya DaCosta (Andrea Freemann).
However, Neve Campbell will not be returning as a series regular, with her character Maggie noticeably absent from Connelly’s fifth book.
