A grazier has made an emotional plea for dog owners to lock up their pets after two pregnant cows and a calf were brutally killed by the animals on her cattle stud.
Sarah Eaton is a cattle farmer based in Stone Creek, south-east Queensland. In the last two weeks, four of her cows – including two pregnant Herefords – have been savagely mauled by dogs.
Ms Eaton took to Facebook, issuing an emotional threat to the owners of the dogs who killed her cows.

In the viral video, the cattle stud owner showed graphic footage of a fourth cow whose ears were ripped off by a dog. She was forced to euthanase the animal as it was also suffering from painful wounds to its nose and backside.
Ms Eaton warned dog owners that she will shoot any dogs she sees near her cattle.
‘If people of Stoney Creek or Woodford or those travelling through can’t keep their f***ing dogs locked up, I’m going to shoot them, promise,’ Ms Eaton said in the video.
She believes the dogs that attacked her cows were domesticated and not wild.
‘None of the animals are getting touched after they’ve been killed and they’re going for big strong animals, they’re not going for weak old ones,’ she told the ABC.
‘They’re not going for calves, they’re going for big animals.’

People have taken to social media to support Ms Eaton’s plight to protect her cattle – and her livelihood.
‘I am on her side … am totally over irresponsible pet owners who let their animals roam,’ one woman said.
‘Fully agree. This is the fault of the pet owners. No one else. If they can’t or won’t control their pets, then the pets may be controlled like any other feral threat to stock or wildlife.
‘Some stock are more than just assets, they interact with people in incredible ways, and this makes the relationship more than just ‘grazier to stock’. Seeing the most interactive “friendly” animals you have torn to pieces and left to die can be enraging. Uncontrolled pet owners take note,’ another man said.
The local council has since helped Ms Eaton put dog traps around her property.
