Fast food worker BREAST-FEEDS abandoned baby in the Philippines

A fast food worker breastfed an abandoned baby after he was found outside a restaurant in the Philippines.

Staff at the Jollibee burger and fried chicken outlet in Imus, capital of the country’s northern Cavite Province, jumped into action to care for the newborn boy, who was brought in by a traffic warden.

They changed his nappy and kept him warm while waiting for authorities to arrive – and the supervisor even breastfed the infant.

Verano told local media: ‘He appears to be a newborn as there are still traces of blood on his head. It looks like someone cleaned him in a hurry then abandoned him.’

‘We do not know who found the baby, but a traffic warden brought him into the restaurant. Our supervisor took the newborn and fed and cleaned him.’

According to reports, the baby is now in the care of DSWD as local authorities try to track down the parents.
